Provisioning requests are queued only after payment is settled or trusted float approval is recorded.
Stripe is the source of truth for customer billing profile details. Customers use the Stripe Billing Portal from the app to update billing name, company address, tax IDs, invoice details, and payment methods. The app creates a fresh authenticated portal URL each time the customer opens the billing profile action.

Agency billing modes
Section titled “Agency billing modes”Agency-paid sub-accounts roll usage up to the agency. Direct-pay sub-accounts use their own billing owner and are scoped to that sub-account.
