Exports are generated from active mailboxes.
Export scopes
Section titled “Export scopes”You can create exports by:
- Person
- Group or sub-account
- Batch
- Selected rows
- Current table filter
Artifact handling
Section titled “Artifact handling”Password-bearing exports are encrypted at rest, short-lived by default, authorization-checked on download, and audited.
