Mailboxes belong to one person, one domain, and one group.
Mailbox state
Section titled “Mailbox state”The app tracks mailbox status, export state, sender authorization, rolling allowance usage, notes, and related batches.
Customer quota copy
Section titled “Customer quota copy”Each mailbox has a rolling daily send allowance. Usage drops as earlier sends fall out of the rolling window, so the available count can recover throughout the day.
Verification
Section titled “Verification”Provisioned mailboxes are expected to pass active send and receive checks before handoff.
