Groups and Sub-Accounts
Every domain, person, and mailbox belongs to exactly one group.
Direct customers see these as groups. Agency customers see them as sub-accounts.
Admins and authorized customer users can create groups/sub-accounts through the app API today. Agency conversion and client invitations are available in the app. Direct-pay sub-accounts require a billing email or existing Stripe customer id so the group has its own Stripe billing owner before paid provisioning.

Batches
Section titled “Batches”Batches are editable tags. A resource can be in many batches, which makes date-named provisioning sets and customer-specific export slices easier to manage.
Direct-pay access
Section titled “Direct-pay access”Direct-pay sub-account users are scoped only to that sub-account. Invite the client owner to the direct-pay group, then have the client open /billing to manage company billing details, tax IDs, payment methods, and invoice profile data in the group-owned Stripe Billing Portal. Paid provisioning still waits for Stripe payment confirmation.
