Mailbox Limits

Each mailbox has a rolling daily sending allowance. Your account shows how much has been used and how much remains available.

Because the allowance uses a rolling time window, capacity returns throughout the day as earlier sends fall outside that window. It does not reset all at once at midnight.

If your normal business use requires a different limit, contact Message Science before increasing sending volume. Limits help protect mailbox reliability and the reputation of your domains.
